Personal LimitationsI've always been skeptical about hypnosis. Specially about those I see on a stage for entertaining purposes. That also made me afraid of someone just entering my mind and placing who knows what suggestions that may be against my personal benefits.
As it's been said, we fear what we ignore. But, after having a conversation with Jerry Jerome about the process of hypnotherapy my skepticism changed to curiosity. Jerry explained very thoroughly how hypnosis works and the reasons why I shouldn't be afraid of trying it.
It requires of you to expose only that that you wish to work on about yourself. Jerry Jerome is very professional and makes sure that you feel comfortable with the process and lets you know that you will always be aware of it and stop in case you feel uncomfortable at any time (that never happened to me).
I must say I was surprised with the process and with the results. Had I known this before I would've tried it long time ago. Though, I wouldn't just go to anyone that claims to be a hypnotherapist. If you ever get a chance to get an appointment with Jerry Jerome, go for it. He is very professional and the only one I would recommend.
